The last game at the palace

We were lucky enough to see the last Pistons game at the palace. We had the Nuspire suite, and floor seats (3 different places around the court). Even though they lost it was a great night. A great tribute to a place I spent much of my youth.

St. Lucia

We had our trip back to the Caribbean for this year's manager incentive trip. This year is St. Lucia. This island is different than others in the Caribbean. It was formed by two volcanos, so it is very mountainous. Your ears pop driving over the mountains to get from one side of the island to the other.

During the trip we sailed around the island, drank a lot of rum, and relaxed by the pool. Margot Bay (where the Capella resort is) has a decent number of restaurants all accessible via water taxi. The resort also has good places to eat, a few good bars, and a rum cave. Also, the rooms have a full kitchen. So there is no shortage of places to eat and drink.

St. Lucia is a great place for scenery, luxery, food, and boating.

I picked up the girls early to make mommy dinner. Spinach pie with peaches and cream for dessert!

We had a great trip, just the two of us. Dinner at Coach Insigna, private party, ball drop, and carriage ride. Spent the night at Mariott Renaissance center
