We spent this weekend at the wineries of Old Mission Penninsula for the the annual Mac and cheese and wine tasting bake off. Proceeds went to the migrant workers of the area. Always a highlight of the year..

We had a great Thanksgiving! Annie's parents, brother, and Sampson came over... Great nap after a fantastic dinner.

Floor seats

Dan got to sit next to Chucky Atkins at the Pistons game last night. What made this so special is Chucky was playing in the game! Nuspire had the next four seats at the end of the pistons bench. It is an entirely different experience from the floor. You realize how small (and slow) you are next to the players...

This Batch of Beer

The beer currently brewing in our Keg is a West Coast Pale Ale (with 1 cup brown sugar, and one cup honey added). Should be about 5.6% abv.

Last batch, a summer blonde, was ok. Nothing special though. Tasted like Miller light. We are hoping an Ale, with Huney and sugar, should spice up the tast a little. The Wart was a little more sweet smelling - so I think we are on the right track. We should know in about 3-4 weeks.
